While studying Anthropology at Purdue University, Lauren found interest in the people aspect of business and decided to pursue a minor in Human Resources Management. After interacting with professors and professionals in the field, she was encouraged to start her career in HR.
Lauren joined the HR team at ENGO in 2022 and has been supporting the mission of ENGEO through various HR initiatives, her favorite being field recruiting and employee wellness. “There are many things I love about our line of work as HR professionals, especially at ENGEO where I have genuine interactions with new candidates daily and support them through our onboarding process. To me, it’s wonderful to see people thrive in a role that you were able to help support along the way.”
Outside of work Lauren enjoys playing the piano, rollerblading, hiking and learning to bake!
