Bahareh joined ENGEO in 2016. She specializes in earthquake engineering, soil-structure interaction, finite-element analysis, and foundation design. She has advanced ENGEO’s capabilities in seismic hazard and site-response analyses and ground- motion studies. She has served many high-profile projects throughout California and New Zealand. She played an instrumental role in ENGEO’s implementation of non-ergodic site response in seismic hazard analysis.
“I truly enjoy the broad spectrum of challenging projects and finding optimal solutions to benefit our clients and our society. But above all, what I love most about ENGEO is the culture and the fact that the leadership is true to our values. Every day, I am inspired by how these values translate into passionate engineers elevating the team, serving our colleagues and our clients, and taking us, the ENGEO family, to the next level.”
Outside of work, Bahareh enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog. She loves cooking Persian recipes and trying new foods and restaurants. A relaxing hike or a nice conversation with an old friend over a cup of tea would make her day! Lately, she has developed a passion for interior design, so on weekends, you may find her at her favorite stores picking up pieces or getting ideas for her next project.
