Valerie served in the U.S Air Force for 9 years prior to transitioning to her career in human resources and organizational management in 1993. As an ENGEO family member since 2004, she has an innate ability to bring individuals’ talents and organizational needs together, and a strong passion for helping people realize their potential. Valerie has also been instrumental in recruiting programs that bring the best and brightest candidates to the ENGEO family. Her drive for achieving excellence and the continuous improvement of our culture has led her to establish and organize ENGEO’s leadership and technical training programs. Valerie exemplifies a strong desire to serve others and to equip them with the tools to succeed. She is a pragmatic organizational development strategist and has a hearty zest for living a happy life.

Outside of work, you will find her on the move, enjoying the great outdoors, biking, hiking, or taking the road less traveled and capturing her experiences creatively with her camera. She is an avid cook and loves baking for her friends and family.
