Nick is a Principal geotechnical engineer with extensive experience supporting public agencies, aviation clients, and private‑sector development projects. He leads geotechnical design, field observation and testing, laboratory oversight, and special inspection services across a wide range of infrastructure and development projects. He holds MS and BS degrees in Geotechnical and Civil Engineering from UC Davis and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, respectively, and is licensed in California and Nevada.
Nick manages multiple public on‑call contracts—including for the City of Roseville, Sacramento County CMID and Department of Airports, Fairfield‑Suisun USD, City of Folsom, and others—providing construction support, materials testing, and rapid‑turnaround geotechnical evaluations. Nick’s technical expertise includes foundation design, liquefaction and seismic hazard analyses, slope stability, levee evaluations, and pavement engineering.

Outside of work Nick is spending time with his family, coaching youth sports, and enjoying mountain biking, hiking, camping, boating, or hunting.
