Dan Gil discovered his passion for human resources while working in the construction industry, gaining hands-on experience with both general contractors and subcontractors. This exposure sparked a deeper interest in HR, ultimately leading him to pursue a master’s in business administration with a focus in Management to strengthen his expertise. He enjoys blending interpersonal aspects of HR, like recruiting, with the more analytical and behind-the-scenes sides, such as compliance reporting and data analysis. He’s committed to improving processes and efficiency while keeping safety and regulatory standards at the forefront.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys hiking, playing soccer, and spending quality time with family and friends.
