Cat holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, Irvine, and has been an ENGEO teammate since 2017.
She brings a deep passion for hiring exceptional talent, fostering professional growth through training and development, and shaping impactful organizational strategies. She also became SHRM-CP certified in 2022.
