Caroline joined ENGEO in 2015 and leads ENGEO’s Guam office. Her experience spans public, private, and Department of Defense projects, including waterfront and port facilities, bridges, telecommunications infrastructure, industrial developments, and large campus projects.
Caroline specializes in geotechnical analysis and design in challenging ground conditions and is deeply involved in all phases of project delivery, from field investigations through construction support. As a leader, she is passionate about servant leadership, mentorship, and building strong, connected teams. She focuses on creating a culture of trust, collaboration, and growth—empowering engineers to do their best work while supporting one another across geographies and time zones.
She is a licensed Geotechnical Engineer and Professional Engineer in California and a Professional Engineer in Guam.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys traveling, running, scuba diving, and exploring new cultures and food. Based in Guam, she loves spending time outdoors, especially in and around the ocean, and experiencing the rich cultures and travel opportunities throughout Asia and the Pacific Islands – and firmly believes that rice is life.
