San Ramon, CA – May 10, 2005
ENGEO Incorporated has been recognized as the second best place to work among companies with 100 to 250 Bay Area employees in a recent survey taken by the East Bay Business Times, the San Francisco Business Times and the San Jose / Silicon Valley Business Journal.
Nominations were received from over 400 companies throughout all eight counties of the Bay Area. Each company was required to have their employees complete a satisfaction survey and to reach an employee participation rate based on its number of Bay Area employees. Over 70% of ENGEO’s employees took part in the survey. Afterwards, the results of the surveys were tabulated into scores between 1 and 100. ENGEO’s score was 92.75.
ENGEO President Uri Eliahu says, “It is our stated goal to be the employer of choice; the place where everyone wants to work whether they’re in our profession or not. I can’t say we work hard on that because it doesn’t feel like work, it’s just who we are.”
